, Lexington, Kentucky, Tuesday, September 24, 1968, Page 2, Col. 1 & 2: Jackson---Reed Johnson, 76, died Sunday night in a Dayton, Ohio, hospital after suffering a stroke. He was a member of the Buckhorn Presbyterian church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Johnson; two daughters, Mrs. Bess Linch, and Mrs. Ethyl Bantint, Dayton, Ohio; three sons, Hiram Johnson, Dayton, Ohio; Reed Johnson, Jr., West Milton, Ohio, and A. B. Johnson, Hazard; a brother, Scott Johnson, 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Buckhorn Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Anderson Hamilton. Burial will be in the Turner Cemetery, Longs Creek. The body is at the Breathitt Funeral Home where friends may call after 8 a.m. Wednesday.
