Funeral services for Mrs. Alberta Claire Sisco were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Hill Street Church of Christ at Farmersville. She died Jan. 30 at her residence, 400 Sante Fe street, Farmersville. D. C. Sarrett and J. C. Murphy officiated and burial was in the IOOF cemetery there with Fielder-Baker Funeral home directing arrangements. She was born Oct. 3, 1912 in Farmersville, the daughter of A.S.J. and Martha Jane Samples Aycock. She married James S. Sisco who survives with a son, Joel Sisco and a brother, R. J. Aycock Sr. of Farmersville; two sisters, Mrs. Ayra McGann of Big Springs; Mrs. Bera Reneau, Farmersville; three grandchildren.
