Cleone was born in Livingston County, Missouri, the daughter of Lela Ruby (Hosier) and Mark Roy Rummage. She was a member of the Clinton United Methodist Church, the Roberta Rebekah Lodge, the VFW Auxiliary, and a charter member of the Missouri State Fair chapter of AXPOW, helping to start the group in l986. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles on January 1, 2010; her parents, three brothers, W.J. Rummage, Lavern (Pete) Rummage and Clarence Rummage and one sister, Doris Dungan. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Easter and husband, Kenneth of Clinton; three grandchildren, Mark Easter and wife, Whitney of Independence, Missouri, Devin Easter and wife, Tracy of Overland Park, Kansas and Nicole Reva Higgins and husband, Mark of Strafford, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Colten Crowder of Deepwater, Brenna, Logan and Frank Easter of Independence, Missouri and Drake, Luke, Noa and Max Higgins of Strafford, Missouri; brother-in-law, Jackson Foster and wife, Theressa of Oskaloosa, Iowa as well as a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
