Dobson, 59, of Madison, formerly of Platteville, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Dennis Catholic Church, 505 Dempsey Road, Madison, with the Rev. Randy Timmerman officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. The Schroeder Cress Funeral Home, Madison, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Dobson worked for Madison Gas and Electric for the past 15 years. She was born on Aug. 17, 1939, in Platteville, daughter of Sheldon A. and Verna (Lepeska) Trenary. She married Ronald F. Dobson on Feb. 13, 1960, in Montfort. She was a 1957 graduate of Livingston High School. She was a member of St. Dennis Catholic Church. Surviving are her husband, Ronald; sons, Kevin Dobson (Elizabeth Havel), of Montfort, Mark (Carrie) Dobson and Scott Dobson, both of Madison; grandchildren, Nichole, Caitlin and Brent Dobson; her mother, Verna Trenary, of Arthur; and a sister, Karen (Lloyd) Yelinek, of Livingston. She was preceded in death by her father, Sheldon A. Trenary. The family requests no flowers.The family wishes to extend a special thank you to her friends, especially her co-workers, for their support during her illness.
