Hodges, 53, of 432 Lane St. Dr. C. H. Petterson, pastor of Grace Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Garden of Memories. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Wednesday. Mrs. Hodges died of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital. She was born Oct. 26, 1913 at Waterloo to Claude and Lydia Hosier Palmer and was married to Charles Anstey at Oelwein in 1930. The couple moved to California in 1942 and to Waterloo in 1945. They were later divorced. Mrs. Hodges was married to Alma J. Hodges July 31, 1958 in Oelwein. Survivors include her husband; her mother, Mrs. Lydia Hodges of Oelwein; a son, John E. Anstey of 311 Lafayette St.; a daughter, Mrs. James Curry of 419 Glenwood St.; and three grandchildren.
