Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Fawcett Funeral Home, Winthrop. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Winthrop. Visitation will be held after 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. He was a retired welder. His parents and wife, Rachel, preceded him in death. He is survived by one son, John Anstey of Waterloo; one daughter, Mrs. Charlene Hulett of New Hampton; one brother, Harry Anstey of Oelwein; one sister, Edna Lay of Springfield, Mo.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
