L.W. PERSINGER is listed in the 1880 census for Jackson Co. IN on Page 2of the town of Ewing. It lists his wife Elizabeth C., son Heubert age 1,and son Asa age 3mos. B:May. His listed occupation is RR agent. andElizabeth as "keeping house". Also listed as living with them is Amos W.who I'm certain is his brother in that all dates names and middleinitials coincide perfectly with previous family records. L.W. had atleast one more child (Louis Clarence in 1882). L. W. must have diedwithin a few years since we understand that Alfred Gibbs married Emma(PERSINGER) GIBBS' brother's widowed wife (must be Elizabeth C. which also coincides with previous records.
