Individual Details

Michael HANRAHAN

(POSSIBLY ABOUT 1824 - Poss 15 Feb 1878)

Of Michael and his wife Peg's seven children who we know survived to adulthood, four emigrated to Australia, one remained in Co. Kerry, another went to Co. Cork, and another settled in Co. Galway.

Note that the Hanrahan and Cunningham families would be connected once again by marriage: Michael's and Margaret's granddaughter, Lily (daughter of John "The Major" Hanrahan) would marry Paddy Finucane, a great-grandson of Margaret's brother Bryan.
