A James Mead appears on the 1800 Census for the Town of Roxbury (same person?) Roxbury was erected by division of the town of Stamford on March 23 1799.

E-Mail GEDCOM 6-14-00 from Gareth Habel lists a James Mead as being this son of this family. He was born 21 Dec 1781 and d. 17 May 1856 Roxbury NY . No wife listed. ATF # 1X0T-ZZD. Is this the same person? Whic one right?- All info credited to Ancestrial file as source. Kevin Mead has this James Mead (with birth date of Dec 21, 1781 as child of this family. He is not called Rev. in Kevin's file.

Kevin's file says he had 13 chiuldren, but only had names for 11.

Mayflower book does not say Rev. either.
