Margaret d'Ufford was the daughter of Robert d'Ufford, 1st Earl of Suffolk and Margaret de Norwich. She married Sir William Ferrers, 3rd Lord Ferrers (of Groby), son of Henry de Ferrers, 2nd Lord Ferrers (of Groby), before 25 April 1344.1 She died before 25 May 1368.
Her married name became Ferrers.

Margaret was born in Eresby, near Spilsby in Lincolnshire, and died in Groby Old Hall. She predeceased Sir William at a young age but was buried by his plot in Ulverscroft Priory in spite of the likelihood he would remarry.
