Henderson Alonzo Fowler who was born in about 1806 & Harriet Faulkner who was born
on November 22, 1814 the later two also being born in North Carolina.
Pleas married Martha Elizabeth Wilson on April 10, 1870 in Clear Creek, Faulkner County,
Arkansas she was born February 1, 1852 in Yellville, Marion County, Arkansas, to
James Arthur Wilson who was born May 20, 1820 in North Carolina, and Temperance Ann
Young who was also born in North Carolina in about 1828.

suspecting the need to activate the state militia commissioned PLeasant as A Brigadier General.
Fortunately, the emergency never developed and the now General Fowler went back to being a farmer.
