CROWLEY - Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2002, at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Robert "Bob" Hoffpauir Sr., 62, who died Oct. 31, 2002, in Crowley. The Rev. Bob Hollis will officiate at the funeral services. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. A resident of Estherwood, Mr. Hoffpauir was a farmer since 1976 in Acadia Parish. He was an extension service agent in Jeff Davis Parish for 15 years. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree from SLI and a master's degree in animal husbandry from LSU. He was very active in the 4-H and livestock shows. Mr. Hoffpauir is survived by one son, Bobby Hoffpauir Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Welsh; two daughters, Mary H. Green and her husband, Glenn, of Jennings, and Jacqueline Anne Hoffpauir, of Jennings; two brothers, Dr. Jack Hoffpauir, of Crowley, and Girard "Sandy" Hoffpauir, of Maryland; five grandchildren, Gretchen, Glardon and Kansas Hoffpauir and Lane and Lauren Green; and a special friend, Diane Fontenot. He was preceded in death by his parents, Girard and Estelle McSherry Hoffpauir Jr. Visitation hours will be observed from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. Monday until time of the services.
