INDIAN BAYOU - Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002, at a service at Indian Bayou Methodist Church for Zora Ann Hoffpauir, 63, who died at 2:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2002, at University Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery. Zora was a master framer at Michael's for the past 10 years. Survivors include a special friend, Barbara Heath, of Indian Bayou; six sisters, Ora Foreman, of Indian Bayou, Velma Stutes, of Indian Bayou, Buel Hyfield, of Indian Bayou, Irene Foreman, of Houston, Annette LeBeouf, of Indian Bayou, and Lorraine LeBouef, of Abbeville; two brothers, Avery Lloyd Hoffpauir, of Indian Bayou, and Howard "Donald" Hoffpauir, of Ragley; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Avery Curley Hoffpauir and Oraphine Smith Hoffpauir.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Indian Bayou Methodist Church from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. Wednesday until time of the services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gossen Funeral Home Inc. of Rayne, (337) 334-3141. (Daily Advertiser 19 Nov 2002)
