Memorial services for Audrey Corkran Hoffpauir, 58, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, in Johnson Funeral Home. The body will be cremated. Visitation is from noon Saturday. Mrs. Hoffpauir died Friday, Dec. 21, 2001, in a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. She was a graduate of LaGrange Senior High School. She was a teacher aide at Hamilton Elementary School. She worked at Piccadilly Cafeteria and the American Press for several years. She was a member of Ford Street Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Douglas Hoffpauir of Lake Charles; three brothers, Donald L. Corkran of Kerrville, Texas, John A. "Burr" Corkran of Lake Charles and Ken Corkran of Sulphur; and her mother, Luna F. Corkran of Lake Charles. Memorial donations may be made to Abraham's Tent, the family said.
