David Crottsbeing sworn doth say:
That Michael Crotts, late of said County, is dead, without leaving any
will or testament: and that he is the proper person entitledto letters
of administration on the estate of the said deceased the widow ofsaid
deceased having relinquished.
Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at
the date of this application, is about $250.00, and that David Crotts,
Elizabeth Crotts, Polly Myers, Susan Tysinger, Amanda Davis, Malinda
Crotts, all of Davidson County. Sarah Burkhart wife of AlexBurkhart are
entitled as heirs and distributes thereof.
