Individual Details
Maude Lou Snow
(22 Feb 1876 - 11 Apr 1956)
She is in the caption (provided by Deborah Penny in September 2001) to a 1909 photo taken outside her husband's parents' home in Italy, Texas, as being the wife of Oliver Briles. Thus, we know that she was alive in 1909.
In the 1910 Census for the Second Judicial Precinct of Grayson County, Texas, immediately below the information for the family of Oliver P. Briles and his wife Maude (details provided in the Notes for Oliver P. Briles) is the listing for a William M. Snow, Age 36. He was born in Texas, his father was born in Tennessee, and his mother was born in Texas. Since Maude's maiden name was also Snow and since her parents were born in the same locations as William's, Maude and William were probably sister and brother.
