"The English Ancestry of Leonard Harriman of Rowley, MA, and John Harriman of New Haven, CT" by Lois Ware Thurston published in NEHG Register in 1996 Volume 150, page 44: Matthew Harriman, b. 16 Aug. 1652; d. at Haverhill between 1 March 1731/2 and 23 Jan. 1732/3; m. (1) at Haverhill, 22 Dec. 1673, Elizabeth Swan, b. there 30 Sept. 1653, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth (Acie) Swan, d. there after 23 Aug. 1699 when her son Abner was born. Matthew m. (2) before 11 Feb. 1717/8, Mary Calee.
In the "History of the town of Canterbury, NH 1727-1912" by James Otis Lyford dated 1912 page 186: Leonard Harriman, in his will in 1691, says, "To my oldest son, Matthew Harriman, I give and bequeath all my lands and meadows in ye bounds of Haverhill" and the first Matthew Harriman had six sons and six daus..
Child Margaret is from Ancestral File. Children: Nathaniel born 1692, Richard born 1695 and Abner born 1699, also from Ancestral File, must be from his second wife since they were born after death of Elizabeth Swan (?).
