1. Jacob C. Conner Family Bible Records, 1858 to 1929, The Holy Bible (Philadelphia, PA: P. W. Ziegler & Co., Publishers, n.d.), Births; privately held by Nancy Fowler, , Cary, North Carolina. The Bible was in possession of Jacob C. Conner's granddaughter, Vivian Williams, when his grandson, Roy Benjamin Wolfe, removed the pages for births and deaths and had them laminated. The Bible and laminated pages were later given to Nancy Fowler, Jacob C. Conner's great granddaugher. The first entries are entered in a script and the later entries are in cursive handwriting. The Bible was presented to Jacob C. Conner by his father on 1 June 1884 so any birth entries before that date were made after 1884.
