Birth
She was born about 1869 since she was 1 year old in the 1870 census and 11 in the 1880 census. The marriage license application gave her age as 26 years old in December, 1897 and her age in her obituary in February, 1900 in two different newspapers gave her age as 30 years and 35 years. The census is considered the most accurate record in this case since it was made closest to her birth.Death
According to her nieces Eva and Pearl Kennedy, their father Daniel McCoy Kennedy would help to care for his sister Margaret prior to her death after he finished working for the day. Her nieces did not think much of her husband.Endnotes
