"Thirteen was the number of children which Louisa Keoahu gave birth to; eleven were born alive and two were stillborn at times when Koahu was ill. One of the births was a twin. From the total, eleven returned to the heavenly father; five were left in Kauai, one in Honolulu, and five in Maui, and two are living" (McKinzie, Hawaiian Genealogies, vol 2 p 87).
