Conflict: He buke kuauhau alii, Hms G6a, p 21 identifies father as Kamehameha V. However, Pukui, Hawaiian Genealogies, p 1 states that Ke-au-puni joined with Maheha after this child. Keano was born before Lot became king.

LIFE
Keanolani as a baby girl was "a perfect image of him, who was named Keanolani for Princess Ruth, his sister. This Keanolani was said to have been a beautiful chanter" (Pukui, Hawaiian Genealogies, p 1).
