On the visitation pedigree, below, Idonia is the daughter of Magna Carta John's second wife, Alicia and marries a Roger de Camville. Richardson has Alice as John's first wife, and states there was no issue from that union. He doesn't include a daughter, Idonia, for John, at all. However, he has stated that there are two other daughters. While she may be one of those unnamed daughters, the source used for her marriage to any Geoffery Dutton, seems to be based on an error.
Marlyn cites Pedigrees of Some of the Emperor Charlemagne's Descendants, Vol. III, p. 168. However, that entry confuses two different John de Lacys and two different Geoffrey Duttons.
Firstly, it calls her "Alice (Idonia) de Lacy". Secondly, it marries her to the Crusader Geoffrey Dutton who dies in 1248.
That would be this Alice, daughter of Crusader, John de Lacy, Magna Carta John's aunt.
There's no evidence "Idonia" married a Geoffrey Dutton, and Alice is, most definitely, not Magna Carta John's daughter.
:"The old Crusader [Geoffrey Dutton] is believed to have married Alice, daughter of John de Lacy, Baron of Halton, by whom he had a son, Geoffrey, who succeeded at his death, about the year 1248, and was in turn the father of a Sir Peter..."
