They had one son, Hugh (Knt.). John died 3 May 1273/74 and is buried at Forde Abbey, Devon. Isabel (de Vere) de Courtenay, widow, married (2nd) Sir Oliver de Dinham (or Dynham) before 24 Jan 1276/7."royal license 18 or 19 May 1280 for a fine of 100 pounds" ([[#RA]]) They had two sons, Josce (Knt.) and Geoffrey. Isabel died testate 11 Aug (year uncertain; sometime before 7 Jan 1290/1)... died 11 Aug 1299 or after, bur Exeter Dominican Church. Isabel and her husband Oliver were buried in the Church of the Black Friars, Exeter, Devon.Richardson's ''Magna Carta Ancestry'' ([[#MCA]]) : "d. before 7 Jan 1290/1 [CP IV:323[9] says in error, she was 'living Feb. 1298/9'..."
