Jasper Tyrell

== Biography ==He was the son of Sir William Tyrrell of Beecher and his 2nd wife, Philippe Thornbury. The visitations of Essex by Hawley, 1552; Hervey, 1558; Cooke, 1570; Raven, 1612; and Owen and Lilly, 1634: to which are added miscellaneous Essex pedigrees from various Harleian manuscripts, and an appendix containing Berry's Essex pedigrees v.13Author Metcalfe, Walter C. Jasper married Anne Goring. Their son was Edmond Tyrrell who married Susanna Cooke. Edmond and Susanna had four daughters, all named in the Visitations of 1558.
Edmond inherited Beecher Hall after his cousins Edward and William died without male heirs.
Jasper was buried 1 March 1539 at the family church of St.Nicholas, Rawreth, Essex, where his grand-daughters Thomasine and Margaret Tyrell were married in 1560 and 1565.
