He married [[Wyatt-180|Jane Wyatt]], daughter of Sir Thomas Wyatt of Allington, Kent, by his wife Jane Haute, daughter and co-heiress of Sir William Haute of Bishopsbourne, Kent. The date and place of their marriage is unknown and is estimated. His widow, Jane, was buried 3 March 1616/7 at Godmersham, Kent, leaving a will dated 13 June 1613, proved 17 April 1617.
