Dunsyre in Lanarkshire; Little Lambertoun and Prendergast in Berwickshire as well as reconfirmations of Hailes etc. He was one of the conservators of truces with England in 1449, 1451, 1453, 1457 and 1459. He was created a Peer of Parliament by the title of Lord Hailes before June 1453 and died about 1483.
