This Matilda Poyntz married Matthew de Loveyn (ob. 1302). In 1316 her daughter Alice sold the messuage. Matilda Walraunt, the widow of Robert Waleraund (ob. 1273) was the daughter of Ralph Russel of Derham, Gloucestershire. He also held lands in Dorset and Somerset. [Nigel Barker"
