Individual Details
Janie Mae Prather
(17 Mar 1930 - 23 Sep 1978)
Janie Lifsey was the type of person who always greeted you with a smile. She worked in several retail positions during her life and came into contact with many people. All of those she met spoke very highly of her and remembered her kind smile.
"A Tribute to Janie"
A loved one from us has gone, no more on this earth to see;
We'll cherish the memory you left us as your soul rests in peace with Thee.
God understands and knows, what is best for us, so He gave you a burden to bear,
Yet, you never was crushed or broken, you knew your Lord was always near.
You bore your pains with patience, with a smile upon your face, you stood the test,
As the Lord sent one of His angels, to lead you into eternal rest.
Your troubles and trials are over, the victory you have won, you will live forever with Jesus
And kneel at the heavenly throne.
You counted your days, by tender loved ones, you counted your years with God so near,
And with every added moment you smiled, because you served Him here.
