Individual Details
Charlotte Yvonne CRITS Cherokee Indian
(Ca 1834 - 4 Feb 1895)
The relationship is a red flag, although not impossible. Thomas Prater had children 1848-1868 by Lettie Farley, whereas Frances was born to Charlotte c.1858.

Notes
Birth
From gravestone (Cumberland View). This date may be in error -- supposedly Ben Prater gave TVA the dates and he got it wrong.Marriage
I DO NOT believe Charlotte "Crits" was married to "Thomas M. Prater". His records state he was married to "Lettie FARLEY" and lived in Warren Co TN. So says the census reports. -- Margie Kugler [I have yet to see these records. She believes she was married to Thomas Hargis Prater -- rj]Census (family)
