William W. PRATER

(Abt 1829 - Aft 1865)

Magoffin Co Hist Society states that William W. is the second oldest son. 1850 census lists him as 21 (DOB wd be abt 1829). He died before he was forty. In 1860 the part of Floyd they lived in was Magoffin Co, KY. (#126). William W. died after the last child Emily was born abt 1865. - per Martha Heineman
