Individual Details

Sarah "Sally" PRATER

(Calc 13 Jul 1809 - 6 Jul 1872)

Sarah's family has some interesting ancestry. The Kingstons, Ivye, Dela Mere (Delamare), Scope, Carew, St. John, Mallot, Bohun, Courtenay, and Prater families were all allied families which had intermarried into one another's families for many generations.

At this time, we do not know much about Sarah and William's children, with the exception of David B. Wells who was my gr grandfather. Several of the older children either did not make the trip to Illinois, or went with their own families.
