Death
Vickie L. Gemberling, of York and formerly of Lewistown, passed away surrounded by her family September 30, 2009.
Born on August 4, 1950, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Richard L. and Phyllis (Criswell) Gemberling.
Vickie was the owner and operator of Quick 6 South and Zinger Sports Bar in Dallastown for many years. She was involved with animal rescue work and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
In addition to her husband, Frank Gurreri, with whom she shared 14 years, Vickie is survived by two daughters, Natalie Jo Quesenberry and husband, Eric of York, and Amy Beth Hampton of York; two sons, Jason Wade Hampton of West Palm Beach, FL, and Matthew Blake Hampton and wife, Kristen of Yoe; one sister, Kristie L. Breyer of York; and 15 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four children, Michael, Heather, Donnie, and Dana.
