MRS. ROSWELL BOWLBY
SCHENECTADY, N.Y.- Mrs. Carrie Skinner Bowlby, 86, widow of former Dover, N.J. School Superintendent Roswell S. Bowlby, died yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam.
Born in Chester, N.J., she lived in Dover before moving to Schenectady. She was a former member of the First Memorial Presbyterian Church in Dover. its Women's Missionary Society and the Dover Women's Club.
Mrs. Bowlby is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Anna Collard, with whom she lived; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at the Locust Hill Cemetery Chapel, Dover, N.J.
