Peter, remained in New York and served as an American Officer (Ensign) 1776-1778: 2nd Battalion, New York.Relationship
Sister of Maria Buys, Who married Jacob Van Dolsen at Fishkill, N.Y. onJan 18,1734. Elizabeth and Maria Browyer, who lived in Dutchess County.
N.Y. as late as sept. 10, 1765. John and Elizabeth Dolsen had 10
children. One son, Peter, remained in New York and served as an American
Officer (Ensign) 1776-1778: 2nd Battalion, New York.
