Listed as being form Raleigh in the Book" Sons and Daughters ofAmerican Loyalist" pg 109.
Relationship
Daughter of George Field ( United Empire Loyalist), sister of HammahField who married Matthew Dolson, brother of Isaac Sr., of Butler's
Rangers. Isaac and Mary Dolson had 10 children, at least half of whom
were born during the Revolution, when the family were outlaws to the
Americans. Their son, Matthew , born 1770 Wyoming Valley, Pa., died
1817 Texas, U.S., Had a daughter, Martha, who married Henry Chrysler,
son of Wm. Chrysler. their son, John , moved to Kansas, in 1850. His
Grandson, Walter P. Chrysler, of Chrysler motor fame, was born there.
It was Walter P. chrysler who gave the Dolsons part of the family
genealogy in 1959, which is in the U.S. Library of Congress.
