On Ellis Island found where Benigno used the last name Diaz. He immigrated from Spain to Havana, Cuba then to American in 1915. He was Asuncion Alvarez's brother-in-law. They came from Havana, Cuba together with their families on the same ship, The S.S. Mexico.
On the 1930 Census he is called Bennie.
