(30 Apr 1872 - 18 Jul 1944)
Because george's parents were poor, they gave him to another family to raise.

later lived with the Charles Burrow family in Macon County, Tennessee and
worked for them for his food and lodging. He learned to trade in farm animals
and equipment. In Hartsville, Tennessee he built homes and graded tobacco.
He died of cancer of the liver and panceas. His third wife, Nora, was known
