Andrew Gregg Curtin Bierer Sr.

Andrew received his LL.M. from Georgetown University. in 1886. Andrew Gregg Curtin Bierer moved with his father and family to Hiawatha, KS in 1865. He practiced law in Hiawatha and Garden City, KS - where he became C i ty Attorney. With the opening of the Oklahoma territory he decided t o m o ve again and on April 22, 1889 he packed up his family and moved to G u t hrie, OK. In Guthrie his legal practice dealt with territorial la n d a nd railroad law. He was appointed an Associate Justice of the Supre m e C ourt of Oklahoma by President Cleveland, serving 1894-1898.
