William Hatton was one of the Executors of his brother-in-law Zacharias Wade's will.

Maryland Calender of Wills, Volume 3

Hatton, William, Prince Georges County, 26 Dec, 1711; 4 Aug, 1712.
To daughter Penelope Middleton, part of tract testor lives on, beginning at mouth of Cooper"s Branch, etc, and extending to path on road to cousin Gardners Neck (For complete description see Will).
To son Joseph, 2 tracts, "Thompson"s Rest" and "Rich Hill", except that part given his sister, aforesaid, and his mother. He dying without male issue, said land to grandchild Hatton Middleton, and Mary, his sister.
To wife Mary, part of tract aforesaid devised daughter Penelope, and plantation during life.
Executors: Wife and son Joseph aforesaid.
