To daughter Theodosia Stone, the half tract called "Market Overton" lying upon Permunkey Creek.
To granddaugter Mary Barnes, Part of tract called "Market Overton" on which Robert Gordon lives on.
To son Richard Stone, Part of tract called "Market Overton"on which Thomas Monroe lives.
To granddaughter Theodosia Barnes, that part of land as above mentioned.
To granddaughter Mary Barnes, in case she dies before she comes of age, Robert Gorden is to live on the land above mentioned until either of my granddaughters are of age, and the rents paif by my son Richard Stone, and daughter Theodosia Stone, the third part, of my furniture.
To two sons Thomas ans Richard and two daughters Mary and Theodosia, each a ring and 10 shillings.
