The "Beaverdam Manor" Lot #40 "Fertility" containing 95 ½ acres was leased on 3/25/1744 to SARAH CISSELL. According to the Calvert Papers on 3/21/1762 SARAH CECIL (CISSELL) was in possession of 100 acres of "Beaverdam Manor". In 1768 this tract was in possession of JOHN CISSELL b. 1739, THOMAS CISSELL b. 1738 and ANN CISSELL b 1741.
