Event
Received a part of a tract of land called "Arnold's Delight" from her father Arnold Livers, there was some difficulty over the settlement of thisland. Mary and Charles Boteler, Jr. had a suit against Helena, the widow
of Arnold Livers and her second husband, Samuel Collard. After the
account was settled, Charles Boteler, Jr. and his wife sold their part of
"Arnold's Delight" to Mary's brother, Arnold Livers in 1760
