Death
buried in St. Ignatius Church yard.Will dated May 23, 1777 in the State of MD county of Frederick
" In the name of God AMen. The 23rd day of May in the year of our Lord 1777, I, Arnold Livers of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, Thanks be given to God therefore calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form and that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul unto the hands of God that gave it and for my body I recommend it to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like and decent manner at the discretion of my executrix nothing doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty province of God, and as touching such worldly estate as wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form."
"Imprimis. It is my will and I do order that in the first place all my just debts and funeral charges be paid and satisfied. Tem. I give and bequeath unto Mary my dearly beloved wife, all my whole estate both real and Personal as long as she remains a widow, but if she should intermarry with another that she shall be debarred from any part of the said estate, and then the said estate shall be equally divided amongst all my children and I do hereby lastly constituet make and ordain my dearly beloved wife to be my only and sold Executrix of this my last will and testament, all and singular the lands messuages and tenements to her her heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby unduly disallow revoke adisannul all and every other former testaments wills and executors by me in any ways before this time named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will ang estament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the day and year above written." Signed and sealed by Arnold Livers."
