To son Philip Coale, tract purchased of Joseph Henley, pt. of "Batchellor's Good Luck," and "Hinly's Enlargement."
To son Samuel Cole, tract lying in the barrons, I purchased of Pilgrim and Simpson.
If either sons die without issue, land to 3 daus.: Cassr., Susa. and Sarah Coale.
