Notes:
Discrepancies appear in various printed works as to the parentage of Casaandra Skipwith Coale. Some writers call her the daughter of Sir Gray Skipwlth who died in Virginia in 1680, having emigrated to that province during the Cromwellian period.
Cassandra and Philip were married in the in home of George Skipwith, "Silverstone ", Ann Arundel Co, MD.
