COURTS, CHARLES, [Charles Co.]
To my son & extr. William Courts, Rich Hill 383a & negro man Jack.
To my son Joseph Courts, part of Bam Hill & Courts Discovery 60a, & negro boy Tom.
To my son John Courts, 1/2 my land not willed & negro woman Nan.
To my son Robert Henly Courts, the other 1/2 my land not willed & negro girl Beck; if any of my 3 youngest sons d. s. p., their land to the 2 youngest survivors.
To my dau. Elenor Huck, a young heifer.
To my dau. Charity Courts, negro girls Sall & Celia & my riding horse Silver.
The residue is to be equ. div. among my 6 chldn.
Witn: Geo. Elgin, George Keech, Jane Howard.
1 Nov. 1760, sworn to by all 3 witn. before the heir at law, who accepts the extr.

To son Joseph Courts, pt. of a tract called Barn Hill, and one tract called Courts Discovery, 60 A.
To son John Courts, 1/2 of land not willed; slaves.
To son Robert Henly Courts, other 1/2 of land unwilled.
If any of my 3 young. sons die without issue, then their land to fall to the 2 young, survivors.
To dau. Elenor Husk (?), some cattle.
To dau. Charity Courts, one slave.
Balance of estate to be divided between my 6 children.
