To wife Teresia Ford, dwelling plantation and land contiguous and after her decease to grandson Joseph Ffenwick and for default of heirs then to grand dau Margarett Fenwick and for default of her heirs to grand dau Mary Fenwick and for default of her heirs to heirs of my dau Monica Fenwick.
To son in law John Fenwick and dau Monica Fenwick, all tracts of land where John Ffenwick now lives and after their decease to grandson Robert Fenwick.

Left th e bulk of his estate to daughter and son-in-law Monica and John Fenwick. Leaves to grandchild ren Joseph, Margaret, Mary and Robert Fenwick; to sister Teresia Wimsatt; to brothers John an d Peter Ford. Named his wife executor with son-in-law John Fenwick. John Fenwick is shown a s the only executor on an account dated 12 Sep 1755.
(2) 1755, 28 Jun: The 4th additional account of Joseph Vansweringen's estate made by Willia m Deacon shows disbursement to Robt. Ford for his Wifes Part, and for Mary Neale and Susnh Cr aycroft daughters of Mrs. Sarah Sly.
