O n 1/14/1723 he witnessed the will of WILLIAM WATTS, and CATHERINE FORREST received personalt y from WILLIAM WATTS' estate (W 18:211). Mary's County to his grandsons WILLIAM CANNADAY FORREST and RICHARD FORREST and his granddaug hter CATHERINE FORREST. He also left personalty, now in the possession of PATRICK FORREST, t o his grandson WILLIAM CANNADAY FORREST. PATRICK FORREST was one of the witnesses of his wil l (20:659).
