Death

Romine, Carolyn Crandall, Sep 19, 1920 - May 26, 2011. Born Kansas City, MO to John Henry and Lucy May Ehrke Crandall; she peacefully joined her husband of 59 years, Roy Talbot Romine, to square dance, fish and sail eternally on "Morning Wings". Graduating from Grinnell College with honors, she raised her daughters and worked for Dow Chemical Co in Indianapolis, IN and Midland, MI, retiring with Roy to sail for 18 years to S. Africa, Trinidad and favorite ports on their journeys to visit family and friends at home and abroad. Survived by daughters, Wendy (Bill) Homan, Plainfield, IN, Linda (Bob) Bertram, Bellingham, WA, Lucy Romine (Bob Furr), Omaha, Karen (Don) Miller, Indianapolis; beloved grandchildren; great grandchildren and their families. We rejoice in her life well lived.
