To my son Mercy, 100 A. "New France" during his life to pass to his son William and heirs at his decease.
To sons Nicholas and Stephen and heirs 300 A. "Fountain Lott" also 50 A. of "Normandie". To said two sons 10 A. alienated unto me by Cap. Henry Smyth, part of "Peake" as also 100 A. "Rumley".
To wife Joanna, dwelling plantation during her widowhood and 1/3 personal estate. Residue of estate to be divided among sons Mercy, Nicholas and Stephen and daughter Dennis Lane.
Exec. wife Joanna, John & Stephen Horsey, sons godfather appointed over seers.
